The St. Regis Bangkok on Ratchadamri Road reveals the latest guest chef session featuring Cheung Chin Choi, executive Chinese chef of Fei Ya at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel. Chef Choi will be showcasing classic Chinese culinary techniques, dim sum and other authentic Cantonese specialities at the Exquisite Sunday Brunch on May 29 at Viu Restaurant. Chef Choi will present a pop-up menu that includes Peking duck, Jellyfish served with shredded cucumber and chilli sesame sauce, King prawn in X.O. Sauce, as well as a spicy and sour Teochew-style wonton. In addition to the special pop-up menu, the weekly Exquisite Sunday Brunch features an extensive selection of premium dishes, including all-you-can-eat Alaska king crab, Wagyu beef with truffle sauce, sea urchin (uni) pasta, a smorgasbord of Western and Asian food selections, artisan goat cheese, cold cuts, a dessert corner with handcrafted pastries and a Belgium chocolate fountain.
