Specifically, the ministry plans to send 20,300 workers to Taiwan, 7,700 to Israel, 7,500 to South Korea, 6,000 to Japan and Sweden, and 4,000 to Malaysia. Mr Pairote said that the Department of Employment is targeting countries which are experiencing labour shortages, where the demand for foreign workers is higher.
